In the year 2023, in the age of social media, we have no doubt about the importance of image. It refers to the general perceptions, ideas and opinions that people have about a person, product, brand, institution or organization. Image is how an entity is perceived internally (by employees or members of the organization) and externally (customers, business partners, communities). It can be based on a variety of factors such as communication, experience, marketing, other people's opinions and actions. It is important because it influences the relationships and interactions an entity has with its environment.

A positive image can attract customers and investors, reinforces trust and builds loyalty. In the case of a company brand, it can influence market success, competitiveness and the ability to attract, retain talent.

The last quarter was extremely busy for our marketing team as we worked to execute business sessions for the entire M-TECH company. We wanted to show our teams working in action and allow you to observe our daily activities. It was extremely demanding to organize this event, but thanks to the excellent cooperation with the team, we managed to make it happen. Bringing the different teams together, planning the whole thing so that the session didn't take too long, and controlling more people was quite a challenge.

We would also like to thank our colleague Iza from the administration department, who is a hobby photographer. Her commitment and skills allowed us to take more than 3,000 photos! We then embarked on the processing process, where we selected the best 1,000 photographs, which we subjected to professional editing.

With the business shoot, we not only created valuable material to promote our company, but also developed cross-departmental competences. It was a great way to integrate teams and create a positive atmosphere in the workplace.

Showing employees in action and allowing them to observe day-to-day operations can help build trust towards the company.

The fact that a company is willing to show its processes and employees in public can influence the perception of the company as a reliable and credible organization. Watching colleagues in action, engaged and focused has reassured us that business sessions can help to sustain motivation and create a positive atmosphere in the workplace.
