M-TECH introduces innovative work lamps with LASER technology to the European market

WLLDL line sets a new standard in lighting

M-TECH, a Polish manufacturer specialising in state-of-the-art automotive lighting, is launching a new product line that is set to completely change the way work lamps are perceived. The WLLDL105, WLLDL107 and WLLDL109 models are Europe's first working car lamps based on a laser light source - a technological revolution that combines extreme power, range and reliability with a compact, robust design.

Technology that shines on

The laser as a light source is a milestone in the development of lighting in the automotive industry - comparable to the moments when halogen, xenon or LED bulbs were introduced. Laser light provides unprecedented brightness and beam focus - its luminance is up to four times higher than that of LEDs, resulting in a record range of up to 1,600 metres at 1 LUX.

This means a real impact on the user's safety - whatever the weather or off-road conditions. WLLDL lamps are the answer to the growing needs of professionals: drivers of specialised vehicles, construction machinery, off-roaders or technical services.

Three models - one philosophy: maximum light, maximum control

The first model is the WLLDL105 with a diameter of 5 inches. This lamp is equipped with a 15 W laser diode and 8 high-power LEDs. This combination achieves a brightness of 6400 lumens and a light range of up to 1082 metres at 1 LUX. The model's compact dimensions and the possibility of using dedicated diffusion caps make it ideal for applications requiring precise, but also flexible lighting.

The next model, the WLLDL107, is a slightly larger - 7" - version of the lamp with a laser diode of the same 15 W power, enhanced with 12 High Power LEDs. The result is a maximum brightness of up to 10,900 lumens and a range of up to 1128 metres at 1 LUX. Two additional caps are included: a transparent one and an orange one, allowing the light characteristics to be adapted to the working conditions and the user's preferences.

At the top of the range is the flagship model, the WLLDL109, with a diameter of 9 inches. This is the most advanced design, offering a 30 W laser diode and up to 28 LEDs made with High Power technology. This gives the user a powerful light output of up to 19,400 lumens to illuminate the road for up to 1,600 metres at 1 LUX. An orange cap is also included, which allows you to change the colour of the light as required.

Each lamp features a robust die-cast aluminium housing and a polycarbonate lens - scratch, fade and impact resistant. The entire unit is IP67 compliant, ensuring safe use in the most demanding conditions. Also included is a steel U-handle - resistant to vibration and corrosion - and black masking caps to protect the spotlight when not in use.
