I assess 2025 as a demanding year, but one that was strategically well managed.
Operating in the automotive lighting market, which remained under strong price and cost pressure, we closed the year maintaining turnover at the same level as in 2024. Given the scale of challenges faced by the industry across Europe, I regard this result as clear confirmation of the stability of our business model and the soundness of the strategy we have adopted.

Although the global automotive market continued its growth trajectory - driven primarily by the transition toward LED technologies - for many companies this translated into intensified competition, downward price pressure, and, consequently, margin erosion. In Europe, the impact of inflation and currency fluctuations was additionally felt, directly affecting sales performance in traditional aftermarket channels.
In this context, our operational decisions proved critical. Throughout 2025, we consistently expanded our portfolio of modern LED lighting solutions while significantly strengthening our workshop brand, ROAD-TEQ. This enabled us not only to diversify our sales structure, but also to reach a new segment of customers. Relationships with our partners remain the cornerstone of our development - stable cooperation, supply predictability, high product quality, and a partnership-driven approach allow us to maintain volumes despite a more challenging market environment and support the positioning of the M-TECH brand as one of the industry leaders.
Looking ahead to the coming year, I remain cautiously but realistically optimistic. The market will continue to evolve dynamically; however, we are well prepared - both in terms of our product portfolio and our organizational capabilities. Our objective remains to act proactively, consciously building competitive advantage in the areas that will define the industry in the years to come.
Thanks to collaboration, commitment, and consistent execution, we have navigated this challenging period in a controlled manner, with a clearly defined plan for the future.
