Our mission for sustainable development
At M-TECH, we have been actively involved in environmental and sustainability efforts for years. Below are the key initiatives we have already implemented and our plans for the future that will further contribute to protecting our planet.
Launch of a wireless inspection lamp series with inductive charging
Modern and eco-friendly technological solutions are a priority for us. That is why we have introduced a series of inspection lamps with inductive charging, which eliminate the need for a charging cable. In this way, we have contributed to reducing electro-waste and the consumption of natural resources.
Dropping the addition of chargers and introducing universal charging of the USB-C type
In order to reduce electro-waste and increase convenience for our customers, we have stopped adding dedicated chargers to our products. Instead, we have introduced a universal USB-C type charging solution that is compatible with most modern devices.
Eco-friendly AA and AAA batteries
In an effort to reduce our environmental impact, we launched our own AA and AAA rechargeable batteries, which are greener and more efficient than traditional disposable batteries.
Ditching plastic in packaging in favour of cardboard solutions
Out of concern for the environment, we have decided for most of our products to abandon plastic in our packaging. Instead, we use eco-friendly cardboard solutions that are biodegradable and environmentally friendly.
Use of the Triman logo on our products
Since 2023, our products have been marked with the Triman logo, informing consumers that the packaging can be recycled.
Optimisation of the warehouse and company documentation
We have implemented a WMS in our warehouse enabling electronic management of stock and documentation. As a result, we have significantly reduced the use of paper and company documentation is now mostly available electronically.
Ecological parcel fillers
We abandoned plastic fillers in favour of paper fillers made from recycled materials. As a result, we have significantly minimised the amount of plastic in circulation.
Waste segregation and recycling
We segregate waste on an ongoing basis so that as much of it as possible can be recycled. We ensure that our operations comply with the highest environmental standards.
Energy from photovoltaic panels
We are aware of the importance of using renewable energy sources. That is why our company uses energy from photovoltaic panels, which allows us to reduce our carbon footprint and contribute to climate protection.
Future plans
In the future, we plan to develop our range with numerous energy-saving solutions. One of our goals is to significantly expand the inspection lamp segment with a series with inductive charging. We are gradually replacing plastic packaging with recycled materials to make our packaging even more environmentally friendly and functional. One of our goals is also to continuously develop the environmental awareness of our employees through daily eco habits and to motivate them to adopt a green attitude.
We believe that through these activities we will be able to contribute even more to protecting the environment and promoting sustainable development. M-TECH is committed to continuously improving its processes and products to leave our planet in a better state for future generations.
