Trade fair, trade fair and... after the trade fair

The end of the year traditionally saw the next edition of the largest and most important trade fair for the automotive industry - Automechanika Shanghai. In 2024, the event, which took place from 2-5 December, took on a special character as it celebrated its round anniversary - its 20th anniversary.

In this anniversary year, Automechanika Shanghai set many records in terms of both the number of exhibitors and visitors. The organisers can be proud of the attendance at the National Exhibition and Convention Center - 222,341 visitors from 181 countries and regions around the world, an increase of 20% compared to 2023. The number of companies showcasing their products was equally impressive, with 6,763 exhibitors from 40 countries, also 20% more than the previous year. It is worth noting that many companies willing to participate could not be qualified due to space constraints. The event took place over an area of as much as 350,000 m², covering 14 halls - the best indication of the scale of the entire event.

M-TECH could not miss out on such an important event. Our presence at Automechanika Shanghai has been a tradition nurtured over the past dozen or so years. Thanks to the experience we have gained, we know that participation in this unique event in China is indispensable.

Automechanika Shanghai 2024 was a great opportunity for us to meet with existing suppliers, discuss product innovations, business strategies and plans for the coming year 2025. It was also a space to establish new business relationships and learn about market trends and innovations. With such a large number of exhibitors, it was possible to get a glimpse of the latest solutions and industry trends.
