A brand is people – and they make the difference
The Autopromotec 2025 trade fair in Bologna showed us once again that technology, products and innovation are important - but they do not determine the strength of a brand. It is the people that make the difference. Every meeting with a partner, every conversation at the stand, every presentation of our offer is the result of the work of specific people. Those who stand on the front line - as the sales department - and those who support them from the office: marketing, logistics, product development, administration. They are the ones who, together, build trust, convey our identity and show who we really are.
I have the privilege of working with a team that not only knows the products, but understands the brand. It knows why we do what we do. A team that can not only listen to customers, but also to suppliers. A team that is able to respond flexibly, build relationships, and at the same time maintain commitment, professionalism and positive energy - even in the most intense moments.
For me personally, this is a source of great pride. Because a team like this doesn’t just happen overnight. It is the result of many years of work, a coherently built organisational culture, clearly defined values and - most importantly - mutual trust. We have managed to build something special with truly exceptional people. Something you can see on the outside. And what you feel on the inside.
Autopromotec was the place where we could not only show this, but also infect our partners from all over the world with this positive energy. Not only through our offer, certificates and product innovations, but through how we talk to people, what kind of relationships we seek, what kind of language we speak. We spoke a lot - about quality, innovation, partnership, but also about problems or doubts. Our presence was strong not because we had the biggest stand. But because we were open, genuine. Simply authentic.

I would like to thank the entire M-TECH POLAND team for these few days at the fair and for the many days of preparation for the fair. For your more than exemplary preparation, presence, flexibility, commitment and mutual support. For each and every one of you bringing something to the brand that cannot be measured in Excel - personal responsibility and energy that builds our “why” today and our - and our partners’ - success - tomorrow.
It’s been a good time. And an even better one - ahead of us.
