2025 summary and outlook for 2026 – the voice of M-TECH
The year 2025 was an exceptionally intensive period for M-TECH - marked by challenges, difficult moments, but also by breakthrough achievements that will permanently shape the company’s history. It was a time in which we had to confront both a rapidly changing market environment and internal processes that required reflection and adjustment. At the same time, it was a year that confirmed the strength and sound foundations of our chosen development path.

The most important and symbolic achievement of 2025 was winning - after many years of consistent effort - the “Product of the Year” award for our innovative series of road-approved laser lamps. This was the first such distinction in M-TECH’s history, made even more meaningful by the fact that it was granted through both expert jury votes and end-user recognition. Surpassing global leaders in the “Parts and Accessories” segment fills us with great pride and clearly demonstrates that innovation and long-term commitment translate into genuine market recognition.
Another key element of the company’s growth in the past year was our presence at major industry events. Both the Bologna and Paris trade fairs proved highly successful for M-TECH. The team invested tremendous effort in preparing the exhibition stands and presenting our product portfolio, which was clearly noticed and appreciated by our business partners. The Paris trade fair, in particular, delivered tangible results, enabling a significant expansion of our distribution network - also through contacts with partners from French overseas territories. Today, we can proudly say that on some islands located many thousands of kilometers away, M-TECH is one of the very few - and often the only - Polish brands available on store shelves.
However, this assessment would not be complete without acknowledging the more challenging moments as well. Managing a large organization inevitably involves difficulties; what truly matters is how a company navigates through them. In 2025, M-TECH faced a wave of internal challenges that do not require public disclosure. More importantly, we view them as a moment of pause and reflection. Sometimes taking a step back allows for several stronger and more conscious steps forward.
The market environment remains relatively stable, although the financial difficulties of large capital groups such as First Brands Group demonstrate that scale and experience do not always guarantee security. Customer sentiment is moderately positive, and the 2025 financial results - although not yet final - appear solid. At the same time, we openly acknowledge that our ambitions were higher.

Looking ahead, we place significant expectations on the LED retrofit segment. Increasingly clear signals from regulators suggest a gradual easing of the approach to homologation of LED replacement products, which may become a catalyst for breaking through the market’s so-called “glass ceiling.” M-TECH already ranks among the strongest players in Europe in this area, and in 2026 we intend to demonstrate that full homologation of LED retrofits does not have to remain the exclusive domain of global corporations. Our goal is to confirm our position among the very top tier of European market leaders in this segment.
As a result, 2026 is shaping up to be a year of continued professionalization, process optimization, and consistent growth - driven by technology, quality, and stable relationships with aftermarket partners.
