2025 at M-TECH – consistent growth, technology, and global ambitions
The year 2025 was a period of dynamic growth for M-TECH, but above all a time of consistent execution of a long-term strategy built on technology, quality, and sustainable development. The past months have confirmed that the chosen direction not only responds effectively to market needs, but also enables the brand to systematically strengthen its position on the international stage.

One of the most significant highlights of the year was receiving the “Product of the Year 2025” award from autoEXPERT magazine for the WLLDL laser work light series. This distinction is a strong endorsement of the company’s long-term investments in research and development, quality testing, and a practical, application-driven approach to product design-efforts that deliver tangible results and are recognized by industry experts.
An important pillar of the company’s growth was its presence at key international trade fairs. Participation in Equip Auto Paris 2025 proved to be one of the most successful trade show appearances in M-TECH’s history. Intensive discussions with partners from various regions of the world, exchange of expertise, and the presentation of new technological solutions not only strengthened existing business relationships but also opened the door to new, promising markets. The scale of interest and the quality of the contacts established clearly confirmed the brand’s growing recognition beyond the domestic market.
The year 2025 also brought continued and consistent expansion of the product portfolio. The development of LED ranges, retrofits, laser lamps, work lighting, and mounting accessories demonstrates that M-TECH closely monitors the evolving needs of the aftermarket and professional users. Today, the company’s offering includes solutions for workshops and individual customers, as well as advanced projects for B2B partners, including retail networks and OEM and private-label clients.
A significant step toward further professionalization and transparency was achieving data supplier status within the TecAlliance/TecDoc system. Integration with this international standard facilitates product identification, supports sales and logistics processes, and strengthens the brand’s credibility among wholesale and retail customers across European markets.

It is also worth emphasizing that M-TECH’s growth now has a distinctly global dimension. Presence in more than 60 countries across five continents confirms the universality of the offered solutions and the company’s ability to operate effectively in highly diverse market environments. M-TECH products are used both in standard aftermarket applications and in projects with elevated requirements-including selected implementations for military units in Poland and NATO countries, where reliability and safety are of paramount importance.
Against the broader automotive market, 2025 was a year of rapid change, particularly in the automotive lighting segment. The growing popularity of LED technology, the rapid expansion of the retrofit market, and increasing user awareness of light quality continue to raise technical and quality standards. At the same time, compliance with homologation regulations and the accuracy of product data are playing an increasingly important role-becoming true differentiators for brands committed to transparency and quality.
Looking ahead, 2026 is shaping up to be a year of further challenges as well as significant opportunities. Stricter regulations, intensifying competition, and rising quality expectations will require manufacturers to demonstrate even greater flexibility and responsibility. At the same time, ongoing LED technology development, the growing importance of plug-and-play retrofits, and increasing demand for specialist and off-road lighting create substantial opportunities for companies capable of combining innovation with operational and logistical excellence.
In the coming year, M-TECH plans to further strengthen its LED retrofit segment, with particular focus on H7 and H4 solutions fully aligned with evolving European regulations. In parallel, the company will continue to develop long-range LED lamps and laser technologies, as well as OEM and private-label projects supporting partners in building their own brands.

A key element of the strategy will also remain the expansion of global distribution, continuous improvement of catalog data quality, and enhanced educational and advisory support for commercial partners and workshops. The culmination of these efforts will be M-TECH’s participation in Automechanika Frankfurt 2026, where the company aims once again to confirm its position as one of the leaders of the European automotive lighting market—while pursuing ambitions that extend far beyond the borders of the Old Continent.
